Tandoori Broccoli
Tandoori cooking has Indian roots, but has spread throughout the world. The meals are cooked in a tandoor (a cylindrical clay oven), but you won’t need a tandoor to make this broccoli recipe – you can replicate the Indian flavors by broiling in a standard oven. This is one of the easiest Indian recipes I’ve seen; you only need a few ingredients and it cooks very quickly. The yogurt gives it a unique texture and the pickle lends a gentle bit of sourness.
