Sauteed kale with cranberries and balsamic
This is a great recipe to try for the holidays…kale with garlic, dried cranberries, and balsamic vinegar. Very easy to prepare and a great healthy alternative to the traditional green bean casserole.

1 ½ lbs of Kale, trimmed and cleaned
1 cup of Vegetable Stock
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
½ cup of Sweetened Dried Cranberries
2 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
