Low-Fat Sweet Potato Fries
It’s easy to get a craving for fries when driving past a fast food restaurant. This recipe will satisfy those cravings, and is very easy (and fun) to prepare. These sweet potato fries are spiced with cayenne powder and cinnamon for flavor, then baked with a light drizzle of olive oil – so it doesn’t include any saturated fat. It is perfect as a snack or side dish.
