Vegetable Chow Mein

Chow Mein is a staple of Chinese restaurants, but if you’re like me, you don’t often cook it at home. It’s a carb-heavy dish, so if you’re looking for some quick energy, this one will get you going. This recipe has a good deal of calories, but there are more than enough veggies to balance them out. Best of all, it’s a very quick recipe; the video is under three minutes long, and still gives each step all the attention it requires.

If you’re short on time and in the mood for a less challenging dish, this Chow Mein recipe is for you. Even the pasta is fast – the vermicelli only takes a couple of minutes to cook, and even faster to fry. Get it cooked, get moving and enjoy a simple hearty dinner!
