Steak and Potatoes – for Vegans!

Do you miss the flavor of grilled food but haven’t found a savory grilled vegan meal? This “steak” and potatoes recipe is for you. The steak consists of portabella mushrooms, marinated with onions, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It can be grilled indoors or out on the patio, making it an all-weather dinner for omnivores, vegans and vegetarians alike. Great soundtrack on the video, too!
