Ratatouille Wok-Style!

I have to admit -I’d never heard of ratatouille until I’d seen the animated Pixar film of the same name. I’m glad I checked it out – it’s a versatile vegetarian dish that’s easy to roast or fry. This recipe is for a fried version, cooked in olive oil on a wok. The chef does a great job of showing proper slicing technique and shows how easy it is to cook.

Please share this video with friends and family looking for easy, small vegetarian meals.

The most difficult part of preparing ratatouille is cutting the vegetables at the proper thickness, so it’s important to have an ergonomic and dependable knife.

If you are in the market to upgrade your primary chopping knife, this one is hand finished in Switzerland and was rated as “best overall” in Cooks magazine in Fall 2004…at a much more affordable price than the German-made knives. It comes with a lifetime guarantee to boot. Just click on the image below to check it out.
