All of us have enjoyed hummus at one time or another, but if you’re like me, you never thought about making it yourself. This easy recipe shows how to make a delicious garlic hummus with a few common ingredients. The chef does a great job showing its simplicity, and I really like the fact that the chef makes this hummus with yogurt, a healthy addition which ensures a lower fat content.
Hummus is usually served as a dip with flatbread or crackers, but I recently made it as an entree with wheat pasta and vegetables and it was amazing. It’s also a nice add-on to a spinach or tomato salad.
