No-Bake Vegan Treat: Donut Holes

If you’re looking for a fast, no-bake sweet vegan treat, you’ve come to the right place! This recipe for donut holes requires only six basic ingredients: vanilla bean, almonds, dried pineapple, dates, salt and coconut. The dates are a surprising touch, and one that you don’t often see in donut recipes. And the chef shows how to make these in three minutes flat!

Coconut is one of my favorite flavors, and it is a wonderful companion to the dates in the recipe. I’ve found that it’s best to refrigerate these for at least a half hour before serving, but they are delicious at any temperature. Your Dunkin Donuts-loving friends will be in for a real treat!
