Indonesian Salad with Peanut Dressing

1 cup of water
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp white vinegar
2 tbsp white onion
1 tsp chili paste
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp roasted peanuts

For the salad, she uses

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 2 cabbage leaves,. chopped
  • Green salad leaves
  • Cucumber

This is a great salad when you’re short on time and want a quick, spicy treat.
