This recipe is billed as a children’s breakfast, but I think it’s great for all ages. The fruit chunks are coated in coconut and dipped in yogurt, which makes for an imaginative and unique alternative to fruit salad. It works as a breakfast, a dessert, or a mid-day snack. I like to refrigerate it and take it to work as a lunchtime treat. My coworkers get jealous every time.
