Fresh Muesli

This recipe for fresh muesli is one of the healthiest breakfasts you’ll ever make! I enjoy watching the preparation of this, and the recipe has the flexibility to replace some of the fruits and nuts as you like. You can use store-bought almond milk or make your own, as shown in the video.

Ingredients

1 banana, sliced into rings
1 apple, cubed
1/2 handful brazil nuts, sliced into small pieces
1/2 handful hazel nuts, sliced into small pieces
1 handful almonds, whole or sliced
1 handful dates, fresh or dried, chopped into small pieces
1 handful raisins (soaked or dry, depending on your preference)
1 handful dried apricots
1 handful raspberries OR strawberries OR blueberries (or a combination of 2 or 3)
1 handful coconut chips

Preparation process

Place all the ingredients except the coconut chips and berries into a bowl and mix

Serve with milk (dairy or almond, depending on your preference).

Add the rest of the berries and coconut chips.

Add any other nuts or fruits you like!
