Farro Risotto With Asparagus

Farro is the first grain made from wheat and dates back to the ancient Egyptians. It can be found in health stores or on Amazon and is an intriguing alternative to pasta and rice.

For this great recipe, substitute vegetable stock for the chicken stock and follow her instructions to make it creamy and delicious.
