Farro Risotto With Asparagus

Have you ever had risotto? It’s so creamy and smooth and decadent you’d swear it was covered in butter or cheese (and it often is!) – but did you know it’s really easy to make yourself? Risottos are a good, hearty meal that is easier to prepare than you might think.

Farro is the first grain made from wheat and dates back to the ancient Egyptians. It can be found in health stores or on Amazon and is an intriguing alternative to pasta and rice.

For this great recipe, substitute vegetable stock for the chicken stock and follow her instructions to make it creamy and delicious.
