Cheesy Garlic Bread (Laura in the Kitchen)

Laura shares the great garlic bread recipe, just as she learned it from her father years ago. It’s twice baked..and oh so delicious. Serve with your favorite Italian meal or a great salad. Enjoy!

You’ll need

1 Loaf of Ciabatta Brad or any kind of Italian bread
5 Cloves of Garlic
¼ cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Fresh Parsley
1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella
Freshly Grated Parmiggiano Reggiano
