This recipe is for a sweet chutney that can be eaten as an accompaniment for dosas or naan, ideally at breakfast. If you aren’t comfortable with making dosas or naan from scratch, frozen versions can be readily purchased at grocers like Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.
