We all like chocolate desserts, but nobody likes feeling guilty the next day. This recipe will help cut down the guilt factor by adding fruit and by decreasing the amount of chocolate chips or using low-fat chocolate. No matter how you prepare it, this is one tasty treat!
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
½ Cup Sugar
3 Mashed Bananas
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 2/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place 12 muffin liners in a muffin tin
Mix the chocolate chips and 3 tbsp of flour and in a bowl until the chocolate chips are coated
In a large bowl, mix the vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, mashed bananas and vanilla extract
Once mixed, add the flour and baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and whisk together
Add to the mix the chocolate chip and flour.
Scoop the batter into the muffin pan and bake for 18 minutes.
